Thank you for shopping with us! We sell custom merchandise fulfilled by our industry leading suppliers. Because each item is made-to-order just for you, our return and refund process is different from stores with regular inventory. What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead. What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.
1. Returns (Change of Mind / Fit / Wrong Choice)
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size/color selection, or dissatisfaction with how the item looks once received. Please double-check your order details before purchase.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We want you to receive products in great condition. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
How to Report an Issue:

Your order number
A clear photo of the damaged/defective item (and packaging if relevant)
A brief description of the problem
Timeframe:
You must report the issue within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund with our supplier.
Once you submit the claim, we’ll review and follow up quickly.
3. Refunds
If your request is approved:
Refunds are usually issued within 5–10 business days after approval.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method (square, card, etc.), or through another agreed method.
Timing for the refund posting to your account may vary by bank or payment provider.
Note:
In some cases (for example, under our supplier’s internal processes), a refund may initially be processed to our business account balance before we issue your refund. Rest assured we will complete your refund promptly upon approval.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer standard exchanges due to how print-on-demand fulfillment works. If your item arrives defective or incorrect, we will either replace it with the same item or refund your purchase (your choice where possible).
5. Return Shipping
Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. In most cases, defective item returns are not required — just photos for verification.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may sometimes be canceled before production begins. If you request a cancellation promptly and before printing starts, we may be able to refund your order. Once printing has started, cancellations may not be possible.
If your order is cancelled before production, any refund due will be processed within 5–10 business days.
